Well decorated and efficient design of this newly built 3 bedrooms villa is organized around a large common area giving a lot of space, 3 bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms providing privacy and a tropical garden with swimming pool. The decoration has been created around the theme of horses mixing orange colors and local materials.
This 240 m2 villa features a one storey main building including 2 bedrooms and their open air ensuite bathroom, a large open space living area with 8 seats dinning table and a well equipped kitchen. On the other side of the pool, one independent building is featuring a guest's bedroom and its ensuite open air bathroom equipped as the other bedrooms with A/C, stereo, TV, DVD, water dispenser, mini fridge and safety box.
The villa is equipped with telephone, high speed wireless internet access and numerous foreign TV channels through 2 different satellites are available independently from each room.

On the other side of the pool, one independent building is featuring the one guest's bedrooms and en suite open air bathroom.

All rates are inclusive 10% service charge & 11% Goverment tax.
All rates are quoted in US dollars per night and are converted into Rupiah at the prevailing exchange rate.
Reservations are accepted by bank transfer and/or cash.
We requested 50% deposit to secure the reservation.
The Cancellation fee is .... Subject to 30 days notification prior the check in date.
Rates do not include gratuities to staff members.
Rates do not include telephone, food and beverage, car rental or driver.
Surcharge may apply for the holding of a weeding, junction, and party for more than 29 persons. Clients should be aware that these are private villas located in a residential area and as such, not all functions or events can necessarily be accommodated. |

1 Manager; oversees and coordinates the staff and property and is available to assist the guest during their stay.
2 Cook; know how to shop for premium quality produce and all meals are provided to you at cost, naturally Indonesian cuisine is a specialty and we have a wide selection of delicious choice.
3 Gardener & Pool Attendant; tending the garden and the grounds of the villa ensuring all the facilities of the villa run smoothly during your visit.
4 Room Maid; taking care of your daily laundry and providing waiter service around the grounds and building of the property and responsible for all housekeeping duties.
4 Security; patrol the ground and guard the entrance of the villa from dusk to dawn ensuring your security
